  • Your antivirus should pick it up or it's not worth the money and a quick browse though task manager should as well. You can use a keylogger disabler like the one at http://elite-antikeylogger.com to stop it recording your keys.
  • Anti virus should catch most of them, but not all. The absolutely safest path is to wipe the hard drive and rebuild. Its a pain and disruptive, but guaranteed to wipe it out.
  • Use an Anti-Key-logger to scramble the keys, Backup an data (Make sure it isn't tampered or has Hidden Files, You may just Back-Up the Key-logger), Then check to make sue you have your computer recover discs (or your installation disks), Then wipe your hard drive and recover your data.
  • Use an anti-keylogger, an anti-virus, and check task manager.
