Sorry to here about your lizard. Over the many years I've had tons of pets, and tons of pets that died. Always been a bit of a sucker and took in allot of strays, so I had more then a few with serious health issues.

6 cats 1 dog 3 cats of Feline leukemia, 1 mauled by a dog 1 fell out of a tree, 1 that died from his vaccinations and 1 dog that died of complications of old age (not the same dog that mauled the cat) Yeah, I'm cursed.

Oooh sorry you lizards have died Ailsa..I recently lost one of my cats after 17 years..that was so upsetting..in the past I have lost quite a few animals over the years and it never gets any easier to accept..especially when you are such a lover of animals.. (((Hugs)))

I'm so sorry. I've only had one pet that's died - a cat- and I don't know how long the one I have know will be around; she's getting up in years.

sorry to hear about your lizards :( I cant tell you how pets that I have lost to death but its been a few. The most recent one was my quarter horse, Special. He died 2 1/2 yrs ago.

sorry to hear that :-S we used to have about 28 or so cats, when each of them died, I cried a lot and I still think about them today; some names still strong in my head :)

I'm sorry. 2 years ago my 5 month old puppy died. I cried for weeks.

((hugs)) for you ailsa, on the lizards, how old were they? I lost 2 dogs 3 cats so far have 2 right now that are 8 i think. Seems that 13 is the magic number though hoping it's not, outside of the lizards what are up to?

We have always had a houseful of pets. Living in the country they just seem to wander in and stay. Out in the back yard there is a pet cemetery. I have honestly lost count.

Sorry about your lizards.....I have had probably hundreds of pets die in my life...I am getting ready to grieve again today for my beloved 17 year old Pugslee (Chihuahua) He is being humanley put to sleep today after a long illness and I see it in his eyes that he is ready to go.
