    I believe that Vicodin and Heroin are two separate opiates.... so, no, there shouldn't be any heroin in Vicodin. But, I could be wrong.

    No. Vicodin is acetaminophen and hydrocodone, a semi-synthetic opioid derived from codeine and thebaine.
