  • Nope you're used goods
  • no silly you been raped
  • Sadly, no. A virgin is one who has never had intercourse. This is just one aspect of the grave injustice and selfishness a rapist inflicts. If he has raped a virgin, he has taken something that nobody can restore, something that she had the right to give to another at a time and place of her own choosing. Rape is a vile crime for which the perpetrator has great reason to feel guilt and remorse. The victim, on the other hand, even if she loses her virginity, has reason to feel loss and to grieve it, but no reason to feel shame, guilt or loss of self-respect.
  • Physically? No. Emotionally (and, if you're a spiritual person) spiritually? I believe so. Your emotional and spiritual virginity can only be willfully given. Your physical virginity can be taken or given.
  • No. One of the definitions of "virgin" is: "a person who has never had sexual intercourse." The definition of rape: "Rape, also referred to as sexual assault, is an assault by a person involving sexual intercourse with or sexual penetration of another person without that person's consent. Rape is generally considered a serious sex crime, as well as a civil assault." Therefore, the victim of rape is no longer a virgin.
  • I think if your hymen tissue is still not ripped yet i guess your still a virgin.
  • That's like being force fed a banana and I then claim I never ate a banana before. By the way, I never ate a banana.
  • "Virgin" is just a concept. It's not a scientific, objective standard, such as "person who has a hymen" or "person who does not". As such, I basically leave it up to any individual to decide what constitutes virginity FOR THEM and what does not. So: maybe, maybe not. If it were me, I would say yes, still a virgin. Others' mileage varies. (When I lost my virginity, there was absolutely no hymen-loss/penetration involved. It was just "the first time I had sex", and had to do with sexual consent, the relationship I had, how serious I felt about it... not about penetration. That is my own personal concept of it.)
  • Rape is an issue of consent only.A virgin is an issue of penetration. If you are penetrated in anyway by any means even by you own means, you are not a virgin!
  • No, you are not a virgin
