  • YES!!! after all, they basically had to approve of everything that went down anyway. i think america should be paying the MOST attention to those elections rather than the presidential elections. after all, the house and senate have a lot more power.
  • The U.S. Public works in a hysterical mode or it doesn't act or react at all. They need to be stirred by whichever factions are the most vocal. Now it is the rich private insurance and health care lobbies. Yes the Democrats could have stopped Bush's policies and actions but it was better for them to let him continue to make bad decisions. It lead to their election of a Democratic President.
