  • Yes, it is. As a general rule of thumb, anyplace which is in public, in most jurisdictions, it would be illegal to engage in sexual activity. As examples, in parking lots, along roads, in parks etc. If it's something you want to do, you'll pretty much need to find private property where you can not be accidently seen by others.
  • I live in Australia, but I would say the law applies where ever. If any member of the public can see the sex act happening or body parts exposed, I would say yes, it is illegal. However, if you do whatever, under a cover where no one see's body parts or can see intercourse, I doubt it. You could try and pretend to have sex, fully clothed under a rug and see what happens! I can't see how you could be charged with any offence, just by pretending anything, provided you are fully clothed and doing nothing illegal. Man is his own worst enemy really. All animals root, and we are animal. What is so shocking, if we can see cattle root, dogs and cats root, kangaroo's root, yet we can't see people in love root, no wonder the porn industry is so rich today!
  • Just dont get caught! lol.. But. I know i wouldn't want to see anyone having sex in a car in a public place. So make sure it like dark or something!
  • Yes, at the amusement park in the bumper cars.
  • The Sexual Offences Act (2003) doesn't legislate specifically against this practice. Public order offences exist that guard against outraging taste and decency (i.e. shagging in the supermarket aisle), but permits sex in an isolated place so long as you have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
  • Haha I'll say just dont get caught. I had it last night it was amazing, but we were in the country, and it was dark. I am not gunna lie about this, but if I every see someone in a car I'd be like damn they are lucky... I think just dont get caught
