I am not religious. The closest thing I have to religion is my subtle hints of transcendentalist philosophy. The importance of following a religion depends on the adherent. Religion is important if you believe it is.

No, no, and no.

It's important for the kinds of people who need that sort of thing. WHich I am not! I love God, I read my Bible but I refuse to attend church. Christians scare the buhjezuz out of me.

I believe in a loving god. Organized religion can be scary, but it is nice when you can find a comfortable spot. I like the non-denominational churches the best. I consider myself a Unitarian.

Used to be Catholic. Now, I would like to start my own religion and make money like Joel Osteen. It is important to follow religion if you believe in your heart.

Not I. I think belief in supernatural, invisible, all-knowing, all-powerful spirits that live forever is stuff for fairy tales. I don't know how anyone can take it seriously.

I religiously get up at seven every morning. I follow through with my visit to the bathroom. I follow along religiously with each aspect and process of getting clean and smelling good for the day. I go out and get the paper, drop off my laundry for the day, check my email. I am a very religious person in the morning hours. i tend to slack off during the day, and in the evening, well, I just let it happen, and enjoy.

i follow HUMANISM

I am not religious. I follow no religion. Following a religion is not important in any absolute sense, but it is important to many believers.

This is an interesting question that hopefully will not take the turn of the questions asked in the religious categories. I was baptised and raised a Catholic. I have been married once in the catholic church and once in the mathodist chuch. As an adult, I'd say that I am a "nominal" catholic. I say nominal because I am catholic by default, simply no one has convinced me that their religion is "an improvement". I have attended several other churches and they all have their faults. I believe in God and follow my own instincts as to waht is right and what is wrong. If I go to a place of worship (which is rare), I respect whatever persuasion they follow.

I am a Christain Spiritualist ... actually Ordained in the faith .... I do NOT believe EVERYTHING in the Bible ; thus I preached from the pulpit that my congreation should take from the Bible what They can use in their everyday life and leave the rest for others ... We are very liberal in our beliefs and interpetations of religion,God(s), Supreme Being(s), the Bible , etc ... It is important to have something to believe in instead of going down a ark path ; not really knowing where you will end up most of the time ... so this faith lets me have something to hold onto and believe in ... although there are many in the Christian faiths that believe and WRONGLY so that we are evil and of the devil for various reasons ... LOL ... +5
