Im training to be better at tennis...does jogging everyday for 30 mins make your fast twitch muscles slower? i dont want to be slower but i need endurance. thanks :)

Try running distance with fartleks thrown in. I always considered fartleks to be informal on-the-fly windsprints, like from one tree to another. A more thorough explanation is at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fartlek .
