When it "disturbs the peace" in the USA.

Laws vary, from state to state.

When a person ventures outside the boundaries of the law. For example many cities and towns allow nudity on personal property, however, when you step off your property and public property then that the violation. One must remember other rights as well as your own. I may not want to see you naked walking down the street or to a resturant. Then what happen should my rights be infringe because you want to do something. We have all come together to agree upon laws wether or not we agree with them. They are there for safety, health, and protection. If the majority disagree with a law then it goes under democrated process to change it. Since the majorty find nudism as not a acceptable form of fashion then that why we have laws curb. I say those that want it change should go through the process of getting it change and accept the outcome if it does not go there way.

I guess when it is "unauthorised". Photograper/artist Spencer Tunick made a photographic documentary called "Naked World", in which he staged mass nude scenes in major cities all over the world. Amazing how many people showed up to participate...thousands in most cities involved, New York, Toronto, London, Buenos Aries, Sydney. And it was authorised...as it was "art". (lol)
