it normally cames with instructions but quite often you have a little "nick" at the top of your cartridge if it's refillable and you get a small screw and "wider" the hole to the wideth and depth of the needle. There's a paper label on the cartridge. somewhere behind that label is a small hole. I assume the ink bottle has a needle on it or comes with a syringe type injector. Stick the needle in about 1/2 to 2/3 the diameter of the cartridge. Inject the ink into the small hole at a VERY SLOW rate until it overflows. The ink bottle should've come with directions to "trick" your printer into recognizing it as a completly new cartridge. If not, that's not important, just know that your printer (depending on the type) may still tell you that the ink is low.
