Cold rice salad. Perfect for summer. Apart from rice, it contains green peppers, kohl rabi, cauliflower, sweet corn, pickled onions, olives, capers, tomatoes, carrots, coleslaw and mayonnaise. I make enough for a week's worth of lunch breaks, and each day I add something different, such as paprika, curry, fried onions etc.

Home made Minestrone Soup with freshly baked garlic bread. Baked Alaska pie. Freshly brewed coffee and chocolates. Benedictine liqueur.

I am a vegetarian so every meal is that way. But to answer your question I just had a swiss cheese and mustard sandwich with lettuce. Just something to grab.

Well yesterday I ate a salad and some carrot juice, and it had no meat...Then I ate a fiber bar with some berry juice...and my breakfast was an instant breakfast. LOL. I didnt really eat any meat until around 11:00 when I ate some eggs.

At Breakfast party this morning for over 100 people. I had eggs and Pancakes and a OJ. I Passed by the bacon and sausage.
