Piano or organ. A large Harp too and Cello. You can play drums standing up. Look at marching bands. No pianos there though or cellos. (1:15 into video)
Triangle, so noone sees them. Who wants to be "triangle guy"?

'Cello and usually double bass although this is played from standing a fair bit as well.
Most instruments can be played either way. Some can't - organs use pedals which I suppose you could play from standing but you'd have to be rather agile to do so. Similar with pianos.

Most instruments if you are in a symphonic band or orchestra, so you can see the conductor. Classical guitarists need to sit also because you have to hold the guitar between your legs, since they don't use a strap.
