It's possible. You cannot take birth control pills with other antibiotics. Did you tell the doctor you were on the pill before he prescribed the antibiotics?

You're reading I've been on the pill (Yaz) for a year and never miss. I got strep 3 weeks ago and my doctor prescribed Biaxin for 10 days. Midway I ovulated. Now I am having cramps 4 days before period should start. Could I be pregnant? My boyfriend and I have sex daily

That's weird that she knew and still prescribed it. I would maybe go back to a different doctor and get the information about it from them. Tell them you're worried and see if they'll give you a pap test. Something else might be going on too, not from the antibiotics. The pill might have just failed. I hope everything turns out good for you!
