I would say improving diagnosis. I don't know about you, but i have been in an emergency room at least a few times for my self or others, and these medical students they use in there spend all night making a simple diagnosis. Sometimes it almost seems like eeny-meeny-miney-mo until they get it right.

Not a complete emphasis, but definitely a partial. For example, so little is done by doctors to educate patients about the bad thing they are doing to their body through what they eat. I do realize that many older doctors have very little nutrition knowledge, but the newer ones are required to take a two or three credit class. So much money could be saved and suffering prevented by emphasizing preventative medicine. I guess it just is not the way in the U.S.
