You can't! For the same reason you can't pour water from an 8 gallon pail into a 4.7 gallon pail.

I tried burning 4.55GB onto a 4.7GB DVD+R. I set the over burn option to 4.6GB, which is the max, but when it burned 100%, it just failed and ejected the DVD. How I can I burn 4.6GB on a 4.7GB DVD?
