Apparently it's wearing a hat backwards and tilted, your pants around your thighs and sunglasses meant for the opposite gender. Basically looking like a douche bag is cool.

You know those bottles of spritzer, I can't remember what they're called to save my life :), unless it's spritzer lol, they help, also my ac went out in the dead middle of summer in Alabama once and I was holding ice up behind my ear and sucking on it all day long, weird but it worked:)

Drink tepid or room temperature water. If you drink ice water the body will have to raise it's temperature to compensate for the cold liquid.

I suggest optomizing the fan by using three thumb tacks... one you will need to suspend a mostly plastic box fan(because it's so light) at the top of the door frame( might need more than a thumb + hammer downward so the fan falls into the wall) then a thumb tack at the base of the fan to suspend a sheet so only the air from the top of the room escapes first.

You could try running cold/ice water over your arms, starting from the back of your hand to about halfway up your forearm. I learned about this from the kangaroos. They lick this part of their arm to keep cool in the hot Australian summers. It seems to work, but it could be a psychological thing. You can always try it....

DRINK. Alcohol expands the blood vessels (capillaries) making it easier to shed heat to the skin and the world. Sweating also helps, as the evaporation off the skin surface causes cooling (evaporation requires the latent heat to transform the sweat (water) from liquid to gas. The body gets the heat to transform the liquid water to gas from the skin. The more humid it is, the harder for the sweat to evaporate, however.

take a vasocontrictor, all capillaries in the outer layer of skin will receive no circulation, providing a most interesting sensation of coldness.

There is a pair set of deep breathing exercises known as, "Dragon Fire in Ice Storm" ... part one induces a very high fever while part two induces a deep hypothermia ... the student must go back and forth over and over changing their body temperature as much as possible ...

... the part two not only makes you feel cooler, you will shiver a lot ...
