If you have the space and reading is required in your life, (personally, you like it/professionally you have to) try setting up a comfortable armchair, ottoman, and a reading lamp, create a space specifically for you. Creating your own space can really inspire you to read, Plus, while you are sitting there, you can let it be known to anyone else in the household that they are not to disturb you while you are in your "reading spot".
