Unless someone gets caught or otherwise runs afoul of the law, you'll probably never be able to tell exactly who is and who isn't doing it. We could be your friends and relatives, your doctors and nurses, your bosses and co-workers, your ministers and choir leaders, your writers and publisher and your judges and politicians. We could be that and much more... and, much more likely than not, we probably already are.

It depends whether the person is in a semipermanent state of intoxication, or if it is consumed beore going to sleep. (let's say 1 joint). In the case of one joint, nothing. From personal experience and from watching others, those who smoke marijuana on a daily basis do not have the ambition or drive of those who do not.
