Why won't they let us keep rats as pets in Alberta? Rats are allowed nearly everywhere else in Canada (as pets), as well as in the U.S.

i have a rat named "salam" . and a mouse named "hubert" . they are wouderful pets . it seems someone in alberta needs some education . or ... maybe there was someting like "the big rat scare of 67." or someting. ???? skip over to sask. and buy one . i wont tell if you dont ;-)
