Is it legal in the state of tennesseefor an 18 year old and a17 year old to date?

    In Tennessee if the minor is 15 years old or older then there can be an age difference of 5 years between the two people. If the minor is below the age of 15 then there can be a difference of 4 years. Note that this difference is determined by counting the differnce in age by months.
