I'm stringing it out as long as I can. LMAO One of the reasons I need a date.........gives me a goal hence the motivation. "Sometimes" I work better under pressure.

Neither, they won't work as both deliver nicotene to the bloodstream...best to ask your doctor for a prescription for Zicam, and stock up on lots and lots of peppermint/spearmint Lifesavers! Been there, done that! Hugs and best wishes!
