You COULD, but I wouldn't if I were you. Aside from traumatizing a small animal, you could cause some skin problems. Most animals have a naturalness to their hair that is that way for a reason. Playing dress-up with an animal using chemicals that were never intended for their skin could be animal abuse.

You can but i doubt that ther would like it and try to lick it off straight a way, so make sure it it isn't toxic to them.
