Interesting. Is this a trick question? If so, it's clever. The answer would be yes, possibly. In physics the speed of light (the "c" in E=mc2) is the speed of light in a vacuum. The sunlight travels to Earth in a (mostly) vacuum. The wooden match can't be in a vacuum because, if it were, it wouldn't catch fire in the first place. So, since the light from the match has to travel through air, but the light from the sun doesn't require an atmosphere, then the light from the sun would probably be faster.
