I believe Meryl Streep is one of the best actresses of the last 2 decades. Do you agree? And what others would you include in that category and why?

Dustin Hoffman, William H. Macy, and Robin Williams are all outstanding actors, in my opinion. I know many people think Robin Williams is all about stand up comedy, but he is an awesome actor, in serious roles, also.

I believe Meryl's a better actress than Bette Davis and she's overdue to direct

Streep is, in my opinion, the best actress alive today. There is no one else in that category. I also think Sally Field and Susan Sarandon are fabulous. I don't think Nicole Kidman is generally a great actress, but she was great in The Hours.

I think Cate Blanchett is right up there because of the wide variety of roles she plays quite seamlessly.
