My mate is just working on a new chat site that is not IP specfic, as we speak. He hopes the site will be up in a few weeks and will not charge any fee for chat. The site address is dolphinwwc.com and hopefully will be up and running soon, so keep trying the site every week. The wwc stands for World Wide communication and is based in Australia for the whole world to use.
