Yes. I used to be an assistant manager at a Burger King® while attending college, and once in a while, a person with hypoglycemia (the opposite of diabetes) would request a hamburger, without the bun. We honored that request, always. +5

Yes, when i worked at McDonalds, some people wanted just the burger for their dog. I think it was 15 cents, but i'm not sure. That was 1968.

If you dont want the bun you can do what I do at times. I just take the bun off after I get it and feed it to the birds outside the restraunt. Always birds around somewhere. Make sure no mayo or anything is on it.

Sure, most any restaurant will serve you one, with anything else you want with it. It's called a "Hamburger Steak" and they will cook it any way you want it. I once ate a 36oz. one at a steak house near me and got it for free because "I ate the whole thing". (There was a cover charge, though).

Yes, I do it all the time

Its now called a hamburger steak. Would you like french fries with your steak?
-
Sure, but they will charge you for it anyway, so you may as well take it and then feed it to the birds outside.

Sure, money can buy anything. Burger Kings famous jingle tells it all. ~Hold the pickles hold the lettuce special orders don't upset us all we ask is that you let us~ I would order packets of condiments and squeeze it on yourself!
