There are advantages and disadvantages to each of them. I drink skim milk now and for a long time drank rice milk. The rice milk was a little sweeter than cow's milk. +5

Almond milk unsweetened. I add stevia to it and i like it. Cows milk is not good 4 u.

"Raw milk" seems to be far easier to digest, and it contains living bacteria cultures that enhance digestion and even soothe the digestive tract. Because it's not homogenized or pasteurized, it's nutritionally superior to dead, cooked milk. Great question.+2

For taste and health, I buy organic milk whenever I can. Cow's milk is the only thing consumed around here. I've never tried soy, almond, or rice. My hubby likes skim; I think it's nasty, and it isn't worth diddly when it comes to cooking. I like 2%, and 2% can substitue for whole milk in most recipies without altering the consistency. I'm told goat's milk has a higher protein content than cow. I've never tried it, but when I see it at Trader Joe's, I'm tempted. One of these days...
