milk/egg wash in one bowl, Italian seasoned bread crumbs in another, double dip 'em and then fry 'em up. They should some out extra crispy with the dbl dip!

I don't usually do a batter for chicken. I do soak the chicken for 24 hours in buttermilk. Then I dip it in seasoned flour. If I do a batter (which i do for small pieces of boneless chicken) I make a one to one mix of beer and flour, add some dry mustard and more spices. Dip the butteremilk chicken in some flour, then back in the batter. Makes it extra crispy. We usually dip in Ranch dressing or honey mustard.

Its already cooked (fried) :o) EDIT: This was an answer to " How do you cook fried chicken"....it doesn't even seem to be a duplicate, there are some strange people out there :o(
