How can I stop IE from attempting to start a dial-up connection when I'm connected to a wireless network?

Go to TOOLS and then to INTERNET OPTIONS. Click on the tab that says CONNECTIONS In the dialog box you will see your dialup connection. Below that you will see 3 radio button options. Choose the one that says, "Dial whenever a network connection is not present"
