Can you sue the insurance company for dropping you because they say the house was empty when in fact that is a lie? They didnt help me at all for Hurrican Rita, I didnt meet my deduction, Im single mom, struggling and til this day the repairs have not bee

    Maybe. Use the google machine and find your county bar association referral line. Call them and ask for a referral to an attorney that does "bad faith" litigation. Good luck, insurance companies are evil.
