I think I'd be checking back with him/her over the matter. And if you have more than one Doctor. Always make sure they each know of it. For in some cases the Doctor may give you a medicine, that could counter act with other medicines you maybe taking. Only because they may not of been told about. What other medicine you may of already been on. And in some cases, could cause death. Hope you get the problem taken care of soon.....+5 for your question.

If you woke up with a sore throat, do you have allergies, or are you coming down with the flu, or were you snoring last night? All three of the above could give you a sore throat. Keep taking the antibiotics, and read the package insert or the paper the pharmacist prints, about the antibiotic. Both will include information on it and list possible adverse affects of it. Also, it will probably take a couple of days for your kidneys to feel better. Drink a lot of water to keep flushing out the infection in your kidneys, and stay out of the sun because antibiotics can make a person over sensitive to the sun and the medicine won't work as well. Also, no coffee, tea, soda, and last but not least, no alcohol. Hope this helps and you fell better soon!
