Why do so many households have these tiny yapping little dogs now? Is Paris Hilton to blame for this? All you hear is the yap, yap, yap as you walk past and something that looks like rodent comes out after you.

Paris Hilton does not offend me,and I imagine her chihuahua or whatever breed it is fairly well behaved because she has enough money to pay for a vet or a dog-psychologist or whatever... Don't blame Paris Hilton. In any case celebs before her have courted the affections of little mutts such as Zsa Zsa Gabor and Joan Collins. The type of yappy dogs which upset me are those which are chained up all day and are treated badly by their owners.
