  I had know this man 38 years ago, I thought of he and the people we knew throughout the years. We lived in the same state but not the city.   Why is it when I go back to edit a question, I save it, and it just reverts back to what was there before?

  My dad crossed the united states illegally about 19 years ago. He met my mother after being here for a couple of months. She is an american citizen. He and my mother had 3 children. I am almost 18 and my brother and sister are under 18. He payed taxes and he never got in trouble with police. He went back to mexico around 6 years ago.
