My child got allergy tested and everything was negative, but she is showing signs of seasonal allergies (runny nose, coughing, sneezing, itchy watery eyes,) help!

    Hey, I got tested for allergies two times and they didn't find anything! I work on it myself. If you can help her immune system by eating lots of high quality foods, fruits and veggies and limits sweets and proccessed foods, pop etc., it should help. There is a relationship between allergies and a lowered immune system.

    Ok. She has allergies to allergens that only appear infrequently or she was not tested for all possible allergens.
