Can someone give me an estimation of a good size of a needle to pierce a nose with? If you're going to just answer telling me that this is a bad idea, don't please. That's not what I'm asking for.

most nose screws are 20-18 gauge but of course you can do it any size you want i've seen people wearing plugs in their nostril piercings over a half inch in diameter it depends on what you like

i would say about a 18 or a 16 but it all really depends on what you want to put in your nose

You are asking for a major health problem. Why don't you go to a professional? There is no good size. You have to avoid major capillaries and blood vessels that could cause real damage to your nose and looks. No one on here cares that you want to pierce your nose, but to do it yourself when you don't even know what sized needle is begging for disaster and guess what? I don't care what you are asking for.
