• Yep. I'm naturally a light to medium caramel colour but I tan really easily. A few hours in the sun and I'll get tan lines. I don't mind bikini bottom lines but top lines just look trashy.

• True, I agree. I envy you - I just get sunburnt if I stay out in the sun for too long. I've said this so many times before, I just don't see why women shouldn't be allowed to walk around topless if men are allowed to.

• Oh, don't get me started. I've had men AND women tell me to cover up because it's "disgusting" to sunbathe topless. I think people who find the human body in its natural state have serious issues, and I am not even saying that to be a smart arse. I respect that some people prefer to cover up, but I am not ashamed of my body so if I want to sunbathe topless, I will. It has nothing to do with sexuality and people that are incapable of making that distinction really annoy me. It shits me as well when men oggle me and my friends at the beach, then when we tell them to stop staring they say "Well, maybe you should put your t*ts away!" As if that gives them the bloody right to sexualize and objectify us. Bloody hell, I'm on quite a soapbox tonight, aren't I? Sorry pet.

• Not at all. I feel the same way (even though I would never sunbathe topless - and I'm a guy). People can be really narrow-minded. I think that if more women did sunbathe topless, breasts would stop being so sexualised, and issues like sexual harassment and rape would decrease. It really is just another form of marginalisation of women in society, making them seem 'dirtier' in some way than men.
