I don't know about heroin, but C. Everet Koop said that it's more addictive than cocane.

I'm trying to quit smokng right now. Heroin, I've never had to deal with, but Cocaine, LSD, Ecstacy (which I suppose could have contained traces of H), and Meth Amphetamine I quit without any issues. Cigerettes, however, are REALLY giving me a run for my money.
