Are zucchini squash the fruitcakes of the garden ? Can't eat them all, can't give them away.

No you can't give them away, but I can batter and fry them bake them into casseroles and later in the season make zucchini cake.

That a fairly normal problem because of how many zucchini will grow. If you make zucchini bread once people tast it they will be begging for more. Its good any time but great in the mornning with your coffee.
