Is the officer who issues a speeding ticket marked "By Radar/Laser" required to bring to court relative calibration records, the "Calibrator", officer's certification using radar, etc? Should a sign "Radar In Use" be posted when shooting radar?

The officer isn't "required" by law to bring proof of calibration. But I'm pretty sure he would. It's used as evidence for the State or commonwealth. And no I don't believe a sign "should" be posted. But it is a good way to deter speeding

If you plead not guilty he probaly will bring his certification and his proof of calibration. But if your going to push the issue, pay some money for a layer so you dont look foolish. We have signs like this in our city and it doesnt stop anyone from speeding. Do you post a sign on the top of your vehicle that states "IM SPEEDING"? No.
