Rotwurst is my fav. German. Although there is a Hungarian equivalent, Hurka. Rice and liver or blood sausage. Gosh it's good!

In Bavaria you get hot "Leberkäs" with a potato salad which is different from region to region and a crunchy "Bretzel". In every butchery you get it after 9 o'clock completely fresh made.
