Help answer this question below.

From 1990 to 2008 the number of immigrants in the U.S. rose from 20 million to more than 37 million........ Question is, to people that want national health care and other forms of socialism, why do you not relocate to where that system already exists?

- Would if I had one! I'm more curious about the overseas folks with money who come to the US for their health care and then fly home again.

- Good point.
  We may not have the healthiest lifestyle but the medical care is top notch and probably brings in more visitor revenue than tourism.
