Help answer this question below.
Just because 2 people are of different races does not mean anything that happens between them is racist. If I am attacked by a black man, it's not racist, but if I attack a black man, am I one? Not if the person is threatening my life or the life of another. If the police tazed someone, perhaps they deemed it necessary. Can you link the news story so I can do better research?

You're reading Why did the Canadian police taser a polish immigrant guy at the Vancouver airport? Are police officers paid to be racist?

I must now ask, did you read that page? Nothing was mentioned of race. Just bad judgement and improper use of the taser. Not to mention that the guy DID do some things he wasn't supposed to, not necessarily tase worthy, but definitely in the wrong. Your question is loaded. No, I don't believe race had any motive in this situation.
