Check your throttlebody sensors,look at the Idle air controller and the Mass airflow sensor, check your air filter for any oil or coolant in it and carefully check the plastic hose between the filter and the throttle body for the same stuff, if the sensors are corroded, than you are getting some kind of extra element in the air mixture and the problem must be solved, take it to a pro if you find any corrosion on your sensors or any oil or coolant in the air filter.
