A .DIC file is a dictionary file. Just RE-associate it to the file type it is supposed to be attached to, which is any of the following: Microsoft Word OpenOffice.org Lotus Notes WordExpress JGsoft EditPad Pro or EditPad Lite Windows operating system SOURCE: http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/dic To RE-associate the .DIC file, open Windows Explorer, click Tools Menu, Folder Options, File Types tab.Locate the file extension you wish to modify and highlight it. Click the Advanced button. Hghlight the action in the Actions list and edit it.
