If you are sitting at a drive thru (McDonald's for example) in Missouri, is it legal for a cop to run your plates without just cause?

    Of course. Why would you think otherwise? Running your plates is not a search.

    Our plates shouldn't give any harm to Mc. Donald's drive or another one. American Cop is a man hindering coming faults!

    cops can do anything they want. and u have to buy a microphone (lawyer), so the judge can hear what u say. The "pay for freedom" in american justice is despicable.
