It all depends on what and how much you took, your metabolism, how active you are, your overall health, etc. A quick, non-helpful answer is anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. If you took 5 mgs, one time, 13 days ago, there's probably no detectable amount still in your system. If you ate the last of a 15 capsule, 20-mgs-each refill yesterday…well, you get the idea. For more info on drugs & drug testing:

and a link to hydrocodone, specifically:

Good luck on your whiz quiz.

There are a few very small keys that determine this. Most important being you water intake. The drugs you mention are all hydrochloride meaning they are very easy for your body to process. In a good guess I would say 48 hours with a good amount of water intake. The exception here would be Ultram. This drug has alot of the narcotic property but is actually a anti inflamatory and related to asprin. For that reason Ultram may take up to 2 weeks.

it takes anywhere from 1-3 days. Go to your drugstore and pick up any at home urinalysis test and it will tell you exactly how long it takes for all drugs to get out of your system.
