I assume you mean 'tips' on dieting..... First of all, you should never go 'on a diet'; you should have, rather, an 'eating plan'....diets do not work!!!!!! because you cannot stay forever on what a diet asks you to do!!!!! Instead: * Drink lots of water * eat at the same times each day * ALWAYS have something fresh/raw at each meal, and always at the beginning of the meal.....salad, fruit, baby carrots, celery, you get it... * Then make sure you have some type of protein at each meal, or at least 2 out of the 3 meals..... * ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST!! .......no excuses.......no excuses.......it can be as simple as a hard boiled egg on your way out the door, if you tend to sleep in WHICH YOU SHOULDNT but hey, we're only human! * DON'T DON'T DON'T COUNT CALORIES------ instead, aim to eat foods with a high water content; there, again, are your FRESH FRUIT & VEGETABLES. * Peanut butter is a fair source of protein, but get Smart Balance brand, as it's made without hydrogenated oils, which are bad for you. * ALWAYS HEAT WHOLE GRAIN BREADS, BAGELS, ETC. ......that means that the first words on the label should say "WHOLE WHEAT".....and not 'whole wheat flour'.......there's a big difference!! * Allow yourself sweets; but only twice a day, and only small portions......... * well I could go on and on.......but let me know what you think, and if you have any problem areas in your eating habits.....I am glad to help!!!!!! ........please contact me if you have any further questions or concerns!!!!!!
