Because chickens do not need them - they do not suckle their young. Mind you, men don't need them either ..hmmm.. I think we need a wide scale nipple chopping arena to get rid of men's useless nipples...

Because chickens do not feed their young via a nipple thus making them unnecessary, thus chicken breasts do not have nipples.
