What religions, if any, have a negative afterlife as a possiblity other than the Abrahamic faiths?

Hinduism does have a negative side to their cycles of reincarnation. According to my understanding of the classical Hindu faith, what life form you return as is dependent on how you lived in your previous life. For example, if you, as a lower class human, treated everyone poorly or resorted to crime to get what you wanted, you would come back as a lower form of life like a rat or something. If however, you were honorable and just in your life, in your next life you might come back as a prince.
