How do you feel about the Disney kids and the way the company treats their child stars?

From what I've heard now, it's actually very good and nice to the child actors. The horror stories don't come from Disney, but from the parents. Such as Hillary Duff - she loved Lizzie McGuire and would've loved to stay with Disney for some spin-off about Matt or Miranda's sister (Disney's policy is to have a show run for three seasons and that's it), but it was her parents who had the fit over a contract, not her.

I have ALWAYS said they scare the crap out of me because they sing, dance, act, do voices for the cartoons, and sing the theme songs on that channel. I'm not sure how Disney treats them, but I sure as hell know they get oodles of money.

I think that they seem to be treated fairly although their parents may not agree. They make piles of money and are treated to star accomadations. I think they need to be well supervised by their parents and a lot of their problems could probably be avoided.
